Heinkel He 112 B-1 of Rumanian Air Force.
This he 112E (for Export, but it was a truth He 112B-1), Black 18, of Escadrila 52 vntoare belly landed behind enemy lines near the village of Vulcnesti after running out of fuel due to damage from ground fire on 2 July 1941. Adjutant stagiar aviator de rezerva (Staff Sergeant) Aldea Cerchez was conscious of his fate. He waved to his circling wingman, Staff Sergeant Alexandru Savu, and ran into the nearby forest. He couldnt avoid capture and subsequently disappeared in one of the deadliest prisoner camps set up by Soviets in Siberia. His aircraft was quicly recovered for evaluation and flown by the VVS (Soviet Air Force). The Pluto emblem normally carried below the windshield was overpainted on this aircraft.

Skin modified by Colonel Damir P. Fillen from the original JPI/Mosi/Captain Kurt/SteveT.
Many thanks to them for the outstanding job!
I hope you will enjoy this skin.

Following down here is the original Read-me file text from Captain Kurt, related to the He 112 Skin of the Spanish Nationalist Air Force that I used as a starting point for the Rumanian He 112:

***************************************************************************
This model was started by JPI - and Mosi had started the skin for it - some time in the distant past ;>) They got stalled by some severe rendering sequence issues.

As it was languishing at about 50% done, Mosi eventually passed the files on to me to finish it up. I updated the model, redoing a lot of the shape to make it more accurate - especially the aft half, canopy, spinner and wings - and re-mapped the skin so it is smooth. As Mosi was unable to find the time to work on it any further, I completed the remaining 50% of the skin as well.

SteveT has made a fantastic virtual cockpit for this plane, which is included in the files.

Fly it in Charles Gunst's ECAPanel in the Me109E slot, or in the upcoming Spanish Civil War campaign.

Have fun,

Captain Kurt
